PINUS CEMBRA GLA BLUE MOUND
Grower Notes:

Pinus cembra 'Blue Mound' is commonly referred to as Blue Mound Swiss Stone Pine. It is an extremely hardy, broad pyramidal conifer with dense, soft blue-green needles that remain through the winter months. Seldom do you see winter burn or die back from this cultivar. It is a slow-grower, growing more slowly than Pinus cembra 'Algonquin Pillar' and Pinus cembra 'Silver Sheen'.

The Blue Mound Swiss Stone Pine is a great addition to any landscape. It should only be grown in full sun. It prefers average soil and moisture levels as long as they are well-drained. It can become drought tolerance once established.
